Log in to your CyberPower account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Electronics

Securely place the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and protective foam to ensure the unit is not damaged during transit.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Technical Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
